Asheville police help capture 3 suspects in SC church killing

ASHEVILLE — Three murder suspects also wanted for armed robbery of a bank in South Carolina have been captured in Asheville.

Tavish Dominique Yeargin, 25, was arrested by the Asheville Police Department on a fugitive warrant, according to the police. He has been charged with murder in Pickens County in South Carolina.

According to newspaper website, Yeargin is wanted in the Sept. 17 shooting death of Sean Timothy Dinneen in a Baptist church parking lot in Easley, S.C.

South Carolina authorities are now linking Yeargin to a bank robbery Wednesday afternoon in Spartanburg, S.C., and were seeking warrants related to that crime, according to another report from on Wednesday.

Kayla Williams, 20, of Marietta, S.C., and Nyia Utesy, 18, of Greenville, S.C., were interviewed by detectives from Pickens County in reference to their involvement as accomplices to murder and later charged on fugitive warrants, as well, according to a news release from the APD.|head
