NEW KENSINGTON, Pa. — Police say they have a person of interest — but have made no arrests — in the burglary of a southwestern Pennsylvania Catholic church between Christmas Masses.

New Kensington police Detective Dino DiGiacobbe (dee-gee-ah-KOH'-bee) tells The Associated Press the break-in at Mount Saint Peter Church happened sometime after midnight Mass ended and when church officials returned early Christmas morning.

Police say about $5,000 was stolen from church collection funds, along with two digital cameras.
