| February 7, 2012

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — Three people accused of torching a northeast Bakersfield church entered pleas Monday in Kern County court.

Abel Schull, 20, Shaya Roam, 20, and Tori Aleman, 18, stole a computer and musical instruments July 21 from Valley View Church and set fire to the church's sanctuary.

A tip led to their arrests last month.

Schull pleaded no contest to one count of second-degree burglary and one count of arson. Two other second-degree burglary counts were dismissed.
