Church Assault Victim’s Family Looking For Attacker

| June 5, 2011

SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. — The family of a church employee, who was violently mugged inside St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church in Altamonte Springs, is afraid the attacker could strike again.

The victim's family is going door-to-door in the neighborhoods surrounding the church, handing fliers out with a sketch of the attacker and also taking the fliers to nearby businesses.

The victim's daughter, who doesn't want to be identified, said she has spent the past several days passing out more than 1,000 copies of the attacker's sketch and hopes he is brought to justice.

“We just want the person who's done this to not victimize somebody else, and we need to have some type of justice,” said the victim’s daughter.
