| July 28, 2009

KNOXVILLE (WATE) — As a Knoxville church and the public marked the anniversary of deadly shootings, a man was arrested.

The sheriff's office says Daniel Robinson, 33, went to Tennessee Valley Unitarian Universalist to protest during services for the anniversary.

After several verbal warnings to leave the church, Robinson kept yelling about issues he had with the church and refused to leave.

A sheriff's office report said Robinson was causing a public annoyance and concern for safety so he was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing.
