| May 21, 2012

SOUTHPORT, Ind. — A woman arrested in the shooting death of a Southport pastor suffered from schizophrenia and hadn't been seen for days, her family said.

Jaman Iseminger, 29, was shot and killed in Bethel Community Church at 2810 E. Southport Road early Saturday.

Lori Ann Barcroft, 46, was found a short time later hiding in bushes near the church.

Police said she admitted to killing Iseminger and was arrested on a preliminary charge of murder.

A man who identified himself as Barcroft's son told RTV6's Ebone Monet on Sunday that the family had tried for years to get mental help for his mother.
